Main uses: non-ferrous metal (aluminum) melting and holding.
- Liquid aluminum loading capacity is 10 tons, arch rectangular cable-stayed furnace door, furnace door electric lifting, liquid aluminum discharge.
- The bottom of the furnace is made with 14# steel and 10mm steel plate, the shell of the furnace body is made with 8mm steel plate, the steel of the furnace wall is made with 16# channel steel, and the steel of the furnace door lifting frame is made with 16# channel steel.
- Furnace wall refractory material thickness is about 500mm, molten pool using grade-1 high alumina brick, insulation materials and high density castable. The above part of the molten pool uses grade-1 firebrick, the insulation layer uses diatomite insulation brick and aluminum silicate fiber; Use high quality low cement and high strength castable for furnace door and fire mouth; The top of the furnace is arched with special castable and heat preservation materials, and high strength castable is used around the furnace mouth.

10T Wire Rope Winch Casting System
