These superior products find extensive applications in sectors like electric wires, cables, electronics, lock manufacturing, water heating equipment, and refrigeration, meeting diverse industrial needs with precision and excellence.
This advanced induction furnace comprises several essential elements, meticulously crafted for optimal performance, including the robust furnace shell, high-quality refractory lining, durable insulation and refractory bricks, powerful iron core, efficient induction coil, reliable water jacket, and high-tech power cabinet.
Harnessing the transformative power of electromagnetic induction, our power frequency melting and holding furnace operates with exceptional efficiency. When an AC voltage is applied, the induction coil generates a dynamic alternating magnetic field. This field induces a current in the core material, forming a closed magnetic circuit, typically with silicon steel sheets like Z10. The alternating magnetic flux generates an electromotive force within the melting channel, producing secondary currents. These currents traverse through the metal's resistance, skillfully converting electrical energy into heat energy, resulting in the effective melting of the metal.
The innovative design of our melting and holding furnace encompasses the sturdy furnace body, robust furnace frame, high-performance inductor, and efficient hydraulic system. The inductor's melting channel is precisely designed horizontally, promoting uniform melting. The furnace also boasts advanced hydraulic tilt mechanisms on both sides, ensuring effortless and secure mold replacement within the crystallizer, enhancing operational safety and convenience.
The entire furnace is meticulously constructed using a sophisticated combination of quartz sand and firebrick masonry. During assembly, the precise positioning of the crystallizer is meticulously ensured, aligning flawlessly with the single-hole furnace mouth, thereby eliminating issues related to furnace rebuilding and misalignment, ensuring seamless and uninterrupted operation.
On the front side, the furnace is furnished with door bricks, mouth bricks, essential crystallizer components, and advanced furnace panel devices. The induction coils are ingeniously water-cooled and insulated, utilizing a comprehensive wrap of mica tape and double fiberglass tape around flat copper tubes. The water jacket is crafted from durable 3mm 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plates, ensuring longevity and reliability.
The water cooling system is engineered for peak performance, ensuring the inlet water pressure to the inductor is maintained at no less than 0.4 MPa. It is crucial that during the smelting process, the inlet water temperature does not exceed 25°C, while the outlet temperature remains below 55°C. Regular monitoring and testing of water flow are vital, and should the flow decrease below the necessary level, prompt cleaning of scale buildup is imperative to maintain optimal operation.
