When integrated with complementary machinery, it evolves into a comprehensive production line, efficiently manufacturing copper rods, tubes, strips, and much more. Meticulously engineered, the induction furnace comprises several critical components: a robust furnace shell, protective refractory lining, high-quality insulation bricks, durable refractory bricks, an efficient iron core, powerful induction coil, advanced water jacket, and a state-of-the-art power cabinet.
Our highly efficient power frequency melting and holding furnace operates based on the groundbreaking principle of electromagnetic induction. With the application of an AC voltage, the induction coil creates an alternating magnetic field. This magnetic field induces a potent current within the core material, forming a complete magnetic circuit, typically utilizing superior silicon steel sheets like Z10. The dynamic alternating magnetic flux induces an electromotive force in the melting channel, engendering secondary currents. These currents navigate through the resistance of the metal raw material, converting electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby expertly melting the metal.
The sophisticated design of our melting and holding furnace includes a robust furnace body and frame, an efficient inductor, and an advanced hydraulic system. The melting channel within the inductor is innovatively designed horizontally. The furnace is equipped with hydraulic tilt mechanisms on both sides, ensuring easy and safe mold replacement in the crystallizer, enhancing operational safety and efficiency.
The entire furnace structure is crafted using a superior combination of quartz sand and expertly laid firebrick masonry. During assembly, precise positioning of the crystallizer is crucial for maintaining proper alignment with the single-hole furnace mouth, effectively preventing issues related to furnace reconstruction and misalignment.
On the forefront of the furnace, you will find meticulously crafted door bricks, mouth bricks, crystallizer components, and advanced furnace panel devices. The furnace's induction coils are ingeniously water-cooled and insulated with a dual-layer of mica tape and double fiberglass tape, masterfully wrapped around flat copper tubes. The water jacket boasts a robust construction from 3mm 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plates, ensuring durability and efficiency.
Our cutting-edge water cooling system ensures the furnace operates at peak efficiency. The inductor's inlet water pressure is maintained at no less than 0.4 MPa. During the dynamic smelting process, the inlet water temperature is carefully regulated not to exceed 25°C, and the outlet temperature is kept under 55°C. Frequent testing of water flow is imperative, and should the flow rate dip below the desired level, prompt cleaning of any scale buildup is crucial to maintain optimal performance.
