Our state-of-the-art induction furnace comprises crucial components such as the robust furnace shell, durable refractory lining, premium insulation and refractory bricks, a strategically positioned iron core, efficient induction coil, water jacket, and a high-performance power cabinet.
Harnessing the power of electromagnetic induction, the furnace operates with remarkable efficiency. By applying an AC voltage, the induction coil generates a dynamic magnetic field, inducing current within the core material to create a seamless magnetic circuit using materials like Z10 silicon steel sheets. This alternating magnetic flux induces an electromotive force, producing secondary currents. These currents, traversing the metal's resistance, transform electrical energy into heat, melting the metal effortlessly.
Engineered with precision, our melting and holding furnace boasts a robust body, a sturdy frame, and an efficient inductor, complemented by a reliable hydraulic system. The horizontally designed melting channel ensures consistent performance. Featuring hydraulic tilt mechanisms on both sides, the furnace facilitates seamless and secure mold replacement during crystallizer operations.
Meticulously constructed from a blend of high-grade quartz sand and firebrick masonry, the furnace ensures durability and longevity. The crystallizer is precisely aligned with the single-hole furnace mouth, guaranteeing optimal performance and eliminating issues of misalignment or rebuilding.
The forefront of the furnace is outfitted with expertly crafted door bricks, innovative mouth bricks, advanced crystallizer components, and comprehensive furnace panel devices. The induction coils, integral to the system, are water-cooled and insulated using a meticulous wrap of mica and double fiberglass tape around flat copper tubes. The water jacket is crafted from resilient 3mm 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plates, ensuring longevity and reliability.
Our sophisticated water cooling system optimizes furnace functionality, maintaining inlet water pressure at a minimum of 0.4 MPa. During smelting, water temperature is regulated to remain below 25°C at the inlet and not exceed 55°C at the outlet. Regular water flow assessments are crucial to prevent scale buildup, ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
