The Induction Furnace is an engineering marvel, meticulously crafted with components including a durable furnace shell, high-quality refractory lining materials, advanced insulation and refractory bricks, a precision iron core, efficient induction coil, robust water jacket, and a cutting-edge power cabinet.
The operational essence of our Power Frequency Melting Holding Furnace lies in electromagnetic induction. When AC voltage is applied, the induction coil generates an alternating magnetic flux that encircles the core, forming a closed magnetic circuit using Z10 silicon steel sheets. This alternating flux induces electromotive force and secondary currents within the melting chamber, where the resistance of metal raw materials transforms electrical energy into heat, melting the metal efficiently. Our furnace architecture features a horizontal molten channel in the inductor, enhanced with a hydraulic backward tilt system for rapid, secure mold replacements in the crystallizer. Constructed from high-grade quartz sand and firebrick masonry, precise center alignment during installation ensures flawless operation. The sophisticated front assembly comprises door bricks, mouth bricks, crystallizer components, and a sturdy furnace panel device. Incorporating water-cooled, insulated inductors, the cooling system requires a minimum inlet water pressure of 0.4 MPa, maintaining inlet temperatures below 25ºC and outlet temperatures under 55ºC. Regular water flow inspections and scale cleanings are imperative for optimal function. Induction coils, crafted from mica tape and double fiberglass tape-wrapped flat copper tubing, are paired with a water jacket crafted from premium 3mm1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate, ensuring unmatched durability and performance.
