The sophisticated design of our induction furnace consists of several meticulously crafted components: a robust furnace shell, premium refractory lining material, high-quality insulation and refractory bricks, a durable iron core, an efficient induction coil, a protective water jacket, and a reliable power cabinet. Each element is engineered to ensure optimal performance and longevity, providing a seamless melting experience.
The working principle of the power frequency melting holding furnace is based on electromagnetic induction. Upon applying AC voltage, the induction coil generates alternating magnetic flux, which flows through the magnetic drift diameter core, forming a closed magnetic circuit. This generates an electromotive force and secondary current in the melting groove, transforming electrical energy into thermal energy to efficiently melt metal. The furnace is a sophisticated assembly of a furnace body, frame, inductor, and hydraulic system. The horizontal molten channel in the inductor is equipped with hydraulic backward tilt devices on both sides for rapid and secure mold replacement in the crystallizer. Precision is key, and during construction, the furnace's center is exactly aligned with the single-hole furnace mouth installation to avoid reconstruction errors. The furnace front features door bricks, mouth bricks, a crystallizer component, and a furnace panel device, with water-cooled, insulated inductors. Water cooling is vital; the inlet water pressure must exceed 0.4mpa, with strict temperature controls for efficient operation. Frequent water flow tests ensure optimal conditions, and any scaling is promptly addressed. Wrapped with mica and double fiberglass tape, the induction coil is paired with a water jacket made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and performance. The water jacket is expertly crafted from 3mm 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, providing resilience and long-lasting protection.
