Introducing the Line-frequency induction copper melting furnace, a cutting-edge solution primarily used for melting bronze, brass, and other copper alloys. When integrated with supplementary machinery, it creates a comprehensive production line for crafting copper rods, tubes, strips, and beyond. These exceptional products are extensively utilized in a variety of industries, including electric wires, cables, electronics, lock manufacturing, water heating equipment, and refrigeration, showcasing their versatile applications.
Our state-of-the-art induction furnace boasts an array of vital components, such as the robust furnace shell, high-performing refractory lining, efficient insulation bricks, sturdy refractory bricks, powerful iron core, precision-engineered induction coil, advanced water jacket, and a sophisticated power cabinet.
This innovative power frequency melting and holding furnace operates on the highly efficient principle of electromagnetic induction. Upon application of AC voltage, the induction coil generates a dynamic alternating magnetic field. This field induces a current in the core material, forming a seamless magnetic circuit, typically with silicon steel sheets like Z10. The alternating magnetic flux induces electromotive force within the melting channel, generating secondary currents that traverse through the metal raw material's resistance, transforming electrical energy into heat, thereby effortlessly melting the metal.
The expertly engineered melting and holding furnace comprises the durable furnace body, resilient furnace frame, efficient inductor, advanced hydraulic system, and more. The melting channel inside the inductor is horizontally designed for optimal performance. The furnace is equipped with hydraulic tilt mechanisms on both sides, ensuring easy and secure mold replacement in the crystallizer, enhancing safety and convenience.
The entire furnace is meticulously crafted using a strategic combination of high-quality quartz sand and firebrick masonry. During assembly, the crystallizer's precise positioning ensures seamless alignment with a single-hole furnace mouth, effectively preventing issues related to furnace rebuilding and misalignment, thus ensuring peak operational efficiency.
On the front side, the furnace boasts essential components such as door bricks, mouth bricks, crystallizer components, and furnace panel devices. The induction coils are ingeniously water-cooled and insulated with a protective layer of mica tape and double fiberglass tape wrapped around flat copper tubes. The water jacket is ingeniously crafted from durable 3mm 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plates, ensuring long-lasting performance.
Our high-efficiency water cooling system guarantees supreme operation, with inductor inlet water pressure maintained at no less than 0.4 MPa. During smelting, the inlet water temperature is meticulously controlled to not exceed 25°C, and the outlet temperature is kept below 55°C. Regular testing of the water flow is crucial, and in the event that the flow falls below the required level, prompt cleaning of scale buildup is essential to maintain optimal functionality.
