Working Process

Our meticulous process begins with raw electrolytic copper fed into the melting furnace, transforming into molten copper. It then transitions to the holding furnace, flows to the crystallizer for crystallization into copper rods, which are drawn upwards, proceed to the output frame, and move to the wire separating frame to prevent twining. The process continues as rods are managed by an automatic tracking device for controlled coiling speed, culminating in precise coiling by the coiling machine, ready for subsequent processing.
