  • Advanced Monitoring and Alarm System: The production line includes temperature and pressure monitoring for both the melting and holding furnaces, with alarm functions for cooling water temperature, pressure, and other critical parameters. The cooling system is equipped with water inlet and backwater thermometers, pressure gauges, and valves.
  • Stepless Power Adjustment: The furnace power can be adjusted steplessly using an on-load induction voltage regulator to meet specific process requirements.
  • Safety and Protection Features: The melting and holding furnaces are equipped with digital temperature displays and comprehensive protection and alarm functions, including overload, over-voltage, grounding, high/low water temperature, and low water voltage. The electrical control of the melting and holding furnaces is fully independent of the rest of the system.
  • Adjustable Crystallizer: The crystallizer width is adjustable, and the cooling water distribution system is made from stainless steel (304), including cooling water inlets, backwater thermometers, pressure gauges, and valves.
  • Efficient Secondary Cooling: The secondary cooling system ensures billet temperatures are reduced to below 50°C. Key components such as the water tank, cooling pipes, air ducts, protective covers, and valves are all made of stainless steel (304).
  • Traction Control: The traction machine's control program can be selected based on the process requirements. It eliminates slippage between the casting billet and traction device, with synchronous casting strip transmission provided by an AC frequency-conversion servo motor.
  • Independent Hydraulic Systems: The system features three independent hydraulic circuits (melting furnace, holding furnace, and traction/take-up machines), each with a backup pump. Additionally, the melting and holding furnace systems are equipped with manual pumps, allowing operation during power failure. The tipping cylinders are fitted with hydraulic control one-way valves to prevent pipeline accidents and lock the cylinders in case of failure.
  • Real-time Data Display: All operational data is displayed on a large (10+ inch) monitor on the operating platform, with real-time updates from sensors and control components distributed throughout the system
