Line-frequency induction copper melting furnace is mainly used for melting bronze, brass and other copper alloy. Besides the furnace together with other related machines forms a series of production lines applied to produce copper rods, copper tubes, copper strips, etc.
The products are widely used in electric wire, cable, and electronics, lock making, water heating equipment, refrigeration industries and so on.
The induction furnace is mainly composed of furnace shell, refractory lining material, insulation bricks, refractory bricks, iron core, induction coil, water jacket, power cabinet, etc.
Working principle of power frequency melting holding furnace furnace is electromagnetic induction, after applying AC voltage induction coil produces alternating magnetic flux, magnetic drift diameter core, constitute and closed magnetic circuit (silicon steel sheet: Z10), the alternating magnetic flux in the melting groove induced electromotive force and the secondary current, the current through the resistance of the metal raw material, converts electrical energy into heat energy, heat the metal in melting channel. Melting and holding furnace is composed of furnace body part, furnace frame, inductor, hydraulic system and etc. The molten channel in the inductor of the melting furnace is in horizontal form, and the two sides are equipped with hydraulic backward tilt furnace device, which can quickly and safely replace the mold in the crystallizer. The whole furnace is built by masonry of quartz sand and firebrick. When building the furnace, the center position of the crystallizer is precisely positioned with the installation of single hole furnace mouth, which avoids the defect of rebuilding the furnace and inaccurate center finding. The front side of the furnace is composed of door brick, mouth brick, crystallizer component and furnace panel device. The inductors of the combined furnace are water-cooled and insulated in the middle. The inlet water pressure of water cooling device of inductor shall not be less than 0.4mpa. In the smelting process, the inlet water temperature shall not be higher than 25ºC, the outlet water temperature shall not be higher than 55ºC, and the water flow shall be tested frequently. If the water flow is lower than the required, the scale shall be cleaned. The induction coil is made of mica tape and double fiberglass tape wrapped flat copper tube, and the water jacket is made of 3mm1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate.
