This equipment is an ideal equipment to solve the problems that the cold upsetting process cannot solve, and it is an upgrade and replacement of the hot upsetting process of the punching machine.
Copper material is cut to the required length through the cutting machine → cut bars are conveyed to the medium-frequency furnace storage bin by a lifting machine → bars are heated in the medium-frequency furnace → the hot forging manipulator selects bars with suitable temperatures and feeds them into the die cavity for forging and shaping → the shaped billets are poured into the shot blasting machine for shot blasting. This completes the processing from copper material to shot-blasted shaped billets.
