Continuous hot punching machine, also known as red punching machine, adopts the electromagnetic induction heating furnace for material heating. It completes automatic feeding, automatic cutting, automatic stamping and automatic blanking by using the machine punching pressure and makes the products take shape once in the mould. The products can be spherical, hexagonal, cylindrical, valve body and other irregular parts. The use of this process lowers the requirements for material quality, reduces the costs, makes the products take shape once, reduces the procedures, can through continuous production. It is ideal equipment for solving difficulties that the cold punching process cannot solve, and it is the upgrade and replacement of heating and hot punching process of punching machine.
The copper rod is heated by an induction heating medium frequency furnace, and the upsetting pressure of the machine is used for automatic feeding, automatic cutting, automatic stamping and automatic blanking.
