The electric control of melting and holding furnace is completely independent from that of the entire unit.
8. The crystallizer width can be adjusted, The crystallizer cooling water distribution device is expertly equipped with a cooling water inlet and backwater thermometer, pressure gauge, and valve, ensuring precision and efficiency. The system is skillfully crafted from robust stainless steel (304),
9. ensuring durability and longevity. The secondary cooling device masterfully ensures that the temperature of the billet is lowered below 50°C. Every component, including the water tank, cooling water pipe, air duct, protective cover, and valve, is crafted from premium stainless steel (304), guaranteeing resilience and quality.

The control program of the traction machine is adaptable to process requirements, allowing for the elimination of slip between the casting billet and traction device during traction, ensuring seamless operations. Synchronized transmission of casting strip is guaranteed through an AC frequency conversion servo motor, delivering unmatched precision.
11. The system comes equipped with three independent hydraulic systems (melting furnace hydraulic system, holding furnace hydraulic system, traction machine, and take-up machine hydraulic system, upper shear hydraulic system), each boasting a spare pump. Beyond a spare pump, the hydraulic system of the melting furnace and heat holding furnace includes a manual pump, ensuring functionality even in a power outage. The manual pump seamlessly engages. The tipping cylinder interface for both the melting furnace and holding furnace features a hydraulic control one-way valve, effectively preventing pipeline accidents and securing the cylinder in the event of a break.
12. All operational data is vividly displayed on the monitor of the operating platform, with a screen exceeding 10 inches, utilizing the monitoring components and control components strategically arranged throughout the equipment to ensure optimal performance.
