The induction furnace is an engineering marvel, comprising a robust furnace shell and a combination of heat-resistant refractory lining materials, along with insulation and refractory bricks. It features a meticulously designed iron core, an advanced induction coil, a durable water jacket, and a sophisticated power cabinet, ensuring seamless operation and energy efficiency.
Our power frequency melting holding furnace operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When AC voltage is applied, the induction coil generates alternating magnetic flux, which interacts with the magnetic drift diameter core. This creates a closed magnetic circuit, inducing electromotive force and secondary currents in the melting groove. The resulting electrical energy is converted into heat energy, effectively melting the metal. The furnace comprises essential components such as the furnace body, frame, inductor, and hydraulic system. Its horizontal molten channel and hydraulic backward tilt mechanism ensure a swift and safe mold replacement in the crystallizer. Constructed from high-grade quartz sand and firebrick, the furnace's design ensures precise alignment of the crystallizer, circumventing the challenges of inaccurate centering. The front assembly includes door brick, mouth brick, crystallizer, and panel device, with inductors that are water-cooled and insulated. The cooling system maintains inlet water pressure above 0.4mpa, with water temperature management ensuring optimal operation. The induction coil features a protective mica and fiberglass wrap around a flat copper tube, while the water jacket is crafted from durable stainless steel. is fabricated from high-grade 3mm 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, providing exceptional durability and corrosion resistance.
