  6. The power of the furnace can be adjusted stepless (using the on-load stepless induction voltage regulator) to meet the needs of the process.
  7. Melting furnace and holding furnace are equipped with digital display of temperature, protection and alarm functions such as over load, over voltage, grounding, water over temperature, water under voltage, etc.The electric control of melting and holding furnace is completely independent from that of the whole unit.
  8. The crystallizer width can be adjusted as (330-450mm), and the thickness can be adjusted as (16-23mm). Crystallizer cooling water distribution device is equipped with cooling water inlet and backwater thermometer, pressure gauge, valve, etc. The system is made of stainless steel (304).
  9. The secondary cooling device ensures that the temperature of the billet is reduced below 50°C.Water tank, cooling water pipe, air duct, protective cover and valve are all made of stainless steel (304).
  10. The control program of the traction machine can be selected according to the process requirements, and the slip between the casting billet and the traction device is eliminated during traction. Synchronous transmission of casting strip is guaranteed by AC frequency conversion servo motor.
  11. The strip cutting and shearing machine shears synchronously with the slabs pulling. After shearing, the hydraulic shears are returned to the original position by the return cylinder. It is equipped with a switch to adjust the limit of the oil cylinder, so that the lifting of the upper cutter and the repositioning of the hydraulic shear swimming can reach the required position and stop.The ingot mechanism, shearing machine and coiler are controlled by PLC, with the functions of automatically counting the length, calculating the roll weight, setting the weight and automatically cutting, etc.
  12. The body of the take-up machine group can move on the track and adopt intermittent coiling mode to achieve the function of automatic end- retention.
  13. Equipped with 3 independent hydraulic systems (melting furnace hydraulic system, holding furnace hydraulic system, traction machine and take-up machine hydraulic system, upper shear hydraulic system), each with a spare pump. In addition to a spare pump, the hydraulic system of melting furnace and heat holding furnace is equipped with manual pump. Even in the event of power failure, the manual pump is put into work. The interface of tipping cylinder of melting furnace and holding furnace is equipped with hydraulic control one-way valve to prevent pipeline accidents and lock the cylinder when it is broken.
  14. All the data during the operation of the equipment can be displayed on the monitor of the operating platform in the form of a picture (more than 10 inches), through the monitoring components and control components arranged throughout the equipments.
